1.Complete the 'TO SEND MONEY' Form.
Fill out the form provided and show your government-issued identification card or other supporting documents to the service provider.
2.Pay for your money transfer.
Give the service provider the amount of money that you want to send together with the necessary service fees.
3.Sign and receive your receipt.
You will be required to sign a receipt after you have verified all the details printed on the receipt are correct. One of the details printed on the receipt is your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). You can track the status of your money transfer online with your MTCN.
4.Inform your receiver.
It's time to contact the intended receiver of your money, and relay the necessary information to him/her such as the sender's name, amount sent, MTCN, and the country the money was sent from.
5.Track your money.
Go to the 'Tracking' link that's on the homepage of our website. You can then track the status of your money transfer by typing in the Pinyin of your name (the sender's name) and MTCN.
Send Order Details Email
We will send an order details email to you after receiving payment that includes your products details: product name, color, size, quantity, shipping method, shipping address and more.
After you placed the order successfully, our customer service will check measurements and other details carefully before starting the production. If they are un-normal, they will offer you professional measuring guide and other suggestions for your reference via email or telephone.
Normally, it will take us about 20 working days to tailor your dress(es).
The process includes two periods:
The factory process: Plate making→tailor→worker→handmade pleats→handmade appliques→Pick up→sewing→handmade beading→QC
Our company ship the goods as long as they are qualified, those unqualified are sent back to rework till qualified.

We will ship your order within 2 working days after finishing the production to recheck all your order details including order styles, colors, sizes and shipping methods strictly according to the order details. And our customer service will send you tracking number when we ship the goods for you. It will make it easy to track it online in person and will also change your order status to be "shipped".
